2 – Who can obtain the BNDES Card?

The BNDES Card can be obtained by micro, small and medium enterprises, of national control, exercising economic activity compatible with the BNDES Operational Policies and Credit, with annual gross revenues of up to R$ 90 million and with the following documentation updated:

2.1 Certificate of Debt Related to Federal Taxes and Overdue Tax Liability or of the Joint Liability Certificate with Debt Clearance Effects on Federal Taxes and Overdue Tax Liability, issued by the Federal Revenue Secretariat and the National Treasury Attorney’s Office (www.receita.fazenda.gov.br).

2-2- CND – Debt Clearance Certificate (Social Security) issued by the Federal Revenue Secretariat.

2-3- Certificate of Good Standing with the Employee Severance Indemnity Fund (FGTS) (www.caixa.gov.br);

2-4- Proof of Regularity of RAIS (Annual Listing of Employees and Salaries); and

2-5- Declaration, which attests, in short, that the enterprise is in compliance with its debts to public bodies and the relevant legislation, as available in the menu “Rules” of the BNDES Card Operations Portal (www.cartaobndes.gov.br).

Note 1: Being the company part of a economic group, the annual gross revenue of the group cannot be greater than R$90 million.

Note 2: The Individual Microentrepreneur – MEI is exempt from presentation of the Annual Social Information – RAIS – negative, for the base year 2013 in accordance with Ordinance No. 2072 of 31.12.2013, of the Ministry of Labor and Employment ( MTE).

Note 3: The company under 1 year of establishment is not required to deliver the RAIS.

Note 4: The BNDES Card shall not be issued to the company that has at least one Fiscal NCEA, registered in the IRS, corresponding to economic sectors not supportable by BNDES.

3- How to order BNDES Card?

Access the BNDES Card Operations Portal at www.cartaobndes.gov.br:

 

3.1- click on “Request your BNDES Card”;

3.2- inform CNPJ (Registration of Corporate Taxpayers), the type of control, Fiscal CNAE;

3.3- select the issuing bank;

3.4- fill the Proposal Request of the BNDES Card, and

3.5- submit the required documentation by the issuing bank (see questions 6.1.3, 6.1.4 and 6.1.5).

 

4 – What are the issuing banks of the BNDES Card?

Currently Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, Caixa Econômica Federal, Banrisul, Itaú, Sicoob and BRDE.

 

5 – What to do after the request registration of the BNDES Card / BRADESCO in the Portal?

The company must apply to the Issuing Bank agency with the completed, printed and signed proposal and two certified copies of the following documents:

 

5.1. Balance Sheet of the last 2 years;

5.2. Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws, together with the constitutive and / or amending acts, officially filed and published;

5.3. Election Proceedings of the Active Board and the Board of Directors if any, and power of attorney;

 

Present also:

 

5.4. Certificate of Debt Related to Federal Taxes and Overdue Tax Liability or of the Joint Liability Certificate with Debt Clearance Effects on Federal Taxes and Overdue Tax Liability, issued by the Federal Revenue Secretariat and the National Treasury Attorney’s Office (www.receita.fazenda.gov.br).

5-5- CND – Debt Clearance Certificate (Social Security) issued by the Federal Revenue Secretariat.

5-6- Certificate of Good Standing with the Employee Severance Indemnity Fund (FGTS) (www.caixa.gov.br);

5-7- Proof of Regularity of RAIS (Annual Listing of Employees and Salaries); and

6 – What to do after the request registration of the BNDES Card / Banco do Brasil in the Portal?

The company must deliver to the bank agency of its relationship the following documents:

 

6.1. Certificate of Debt Related to Federal Taxes and Overdue Tax Liability or of the Joint Liability Certificate with Debt Clearance Effects on Federal Taxes and Overdue Tax Liability, issued by the Federal Revenue Secretariat and the National Treasury Attorney’s Office (www.receita.fazenda.gov.br).

6.2- CND – Debt Clearance Certificate (Social Security) issued by the Federal Revenue Secretariat.

6.3. Certificate of Good Standing with the Employee Severance Indemnity Fund (FGTS) (www.caixa.gov.br);

6.4. Proof of Regularity of RAIS (Annual Listing of Employees and Salaries)
